Holding back the water

We went to look at the upturned crane at Apperley Bridge today. The intention was to put a picture of the crane on here but once I looked at mine I decided to put this on instead. This structure seemed to be little more than tarpaulene stopping the water coming into that part of the canal. Not sure when they are going to get the crane out-or how. Think Neil is putting a picture of the crane on his blip.
