At last!

At last, Adam's girlfriend, Tomoko, has arrived from Japan! It's been a long and rather tortuous process (she's been applying for a visa for a couple of years, and then when it was finally granted, the pandemic got in the way of actually travelling), but she finally got to London on Thursday. It's so nice to see the two of them together again after a long time apart.

Today, we caught up online and exchanged some rather delayed Christmas presents and played some games. We've been playing games online every week since the pandamic started, and Tomoko has often joined us so it's been a nice way to stay in touch. I guess we'll be doing it for quite a while longer, until we can finally meet up in person. I'm looking forward to that!
