is how I feel today!  At least I woke up feeling a bit better!  I didn't do a lot due to lack of energy but went for a dander and stayed home!  I had a call from a friend in South Africa mid afternoon followed by a zoom call with my elder sister.  Both lovely chats but hey I was exhausted after them!

Made something to eat and its straight to bed!  I look so pale and gaunt but gradually improving!  Thanks for your kind messages!
