Great crested grebe

Went for a walk around Horsham today and eventually ended up at the nature reserve, after walking around I ended up where I started at the first bird hide, there I met a nice guy (The Blackcountry Man, as he is known here) who let me have a play with his 100-400 lense on my canon eos400D unfortunalty I don't think I did the lense justice, but I'm still a newbie to photography.
