Back from our third NCT class this evening. Am enjoying it more every time I go.

This week we discussed pain relief during labour as well as what methods to use to get yourself through it all. We opted to get more information on water births since that's something I'd quite like to try. But the other options looked interesting too-I've got a funny feeling I might not get on with the gas and air but so many people swear by it that ill give it a go!!
