Spoke card and a picture of my suicide hub...stripped the fixed side of my factory dimension hub, so had to switch it over to the freewheel side with a bottom bracket lock ring. Not the safest way to ride fixed (not really safe at all) but it work. Oh and I added a front brake (unfortunately I do not have machined side walls).
