Plumber confirmed for next Friday - yay - this has been my priority project for far too long.  Also signed the contract on the HVAC, that's got at least 8 weeks lead time just to get the equipment and then transit on top of that...  by the time it gets here and it's installed we'll be on the cusp of a/c season.   But it's progress and I am feeling relieved.  :-)
