ever hopeful

Ten days ago (Jan 4), I posted a photo of an amaryllis in full bloom. It was bought as a fund raiser (Hope Blooms) for research for a cure for Huntington's Disease, and given to me as a gift. And much to my delight, a second shoot came up and is beginning to bloom just as the first shoot lost its last flower. It sure does give me hope for the future, in all kinds of ways!
