Left the rain behind in Fife and going under the bridge at Gogar the news came on the radio. It may have been a sunny day for us, but for those about to hear the news they dread, it must be a bleak day.

We left the boys behind to go and purchase their own dinner.
Son No. 1 - Microwave burger, Large Scotch egg plus 1 apple.
Son No. 2 - Chicken and mushroom slice, Cream chocolate eclair.
So the years of healthy eating advice not in vain then.
