Friday: Catkins on Twisted Hazel

A fine, dry day for MrD’s deliveries - makes all the difference!
I had washing to do & after a couple of hours outdoors they will dry nicely with the heating on.
We now have about a dozen Siskins, they’re very noisy and squabble with each other on the bird feeders!!
Redpoll still visiting bird feeders and the sparrows have started nesting - one very excited little female jumping for joy with a little twig in her beak :-)
Catkins just starting to appear at the top of the twisted hazel, you have to look very closely ...
