Back on Track

Despite the continuing cold weather I just had to take ten minutes in the man cave/garage just to check that everything was still working and it is.
Although it started quite crisp under foot and paw, the snow has been gradually receding all day. Still a way to go but tomorrow’s forecast rain should see the back of it, for now.
We saw an article in our local paper for a COVID testing station in the town for three days next week. (They are looking for asymptomatic cases, apparently) Phoned the number provided for an appointment to be told that they knew nothing about it! Nuff said!
