My Monday Evenings
Get up, go to work, work, come home, time with children, cook dinner, sit and watch telly! That's how you develop a bad back.
I do pilates on some Mondays of the month. It helps with core strength and can sometimes help with a bad back, though I wouldn't see it as a 'cure' You certainly don't realise how stiff and unfit you are until you try and move different body parts and then it hits home.
This is from the outside window and most exercises are performed on a reformer. It is very hard work!
