A dull day but we needed some vegetables so we went to the Farmshop and stocked up with fresh, tasty veg. We bought some pasties and pies from the local shop so that’s dinner sorted for a few days.
Lots of field fares and blackbirds were feeding on the apples that had fallen from the trees at the farm.
I stayed in the car while Mike went in, only two allowed at a time. A police car drove up and parked and he went in to get a coffee.I was abit worried that he was going to come over and ask why I was out of the house.
I watched the football in the afternoon, Tottenham V Marine.An interesting game and the under dogs played well but they did not win.
It was great to see people watching from their gardens , the fence had numbers attached so that if the ball went over they knew which door to knock at :)
