Winter colours

On a walk this afternoonw we were discussing the greyness of winter days. A greyness that I've actually come to enjoy even appreciate. I can't admit the first 18 or so winters weren't easy coming from the temperate climates of New Zealand. But now I love the monochrome before it's returns to the riot of the colours of Spring and the promise of it all. However today there was a wonderful pop of winter colour to be found.
