Rude awakening - again

Ocado arrived at 07:15. Early yet again. Won’t complain as they come from Andover (80km), so suppose difficult to gauge how long they’ll take. Was fast asleep. Jumped out of bed to answer and ended up with a headache (not like me).

Went to the new optician. Lovely, knowledgeable man. Had the DVLA Visual Field test. Ridiculous they wanted to send me to Romsey just to spot little lights dart round a screen. Expected something more sophisticated. Posted the report on the way back. Confident the result will be fine.

Blip is the view of the road I parked in - with rainbow. Luckily within 50 yards of the optician.  

Haven’t driven across Bournemouth for weeks. So depressing. Shops all closed (except essential ones and take-aways). Otherwise bustling streets, all empty.

Going to bed early. Nite.
