The Cricket Pitch

So much rain last night and all day today. I met my daughter in the park for another walk in the rain! It was freezing cold with an icy wind blowing. We couldn’t believe the water on the cricket pitch. I went to the Rose Garden to check out the daffodils but they haven’t flowered yet. The extra is a puddle in the Rose Garden.
The forecasted snow didn’t arrive.
