Sourdough delight

Here is the extremely light sourdough bread made with my new banneton basket and cast iron pot.  It was so exciting getting it out of the pot, Incredibish actually burnt his fingers and I nearly picked up the scorching lid without oven gloves.  The Health and Safety executive declared the burns minuscule on further inspection, so we are allowed to make more.  Can’t wait!
