All Together Now

Not been over the door due to the snowfall overnight, had a "Fab Four" day. Finished another Beatles book, interesting quote on last page (see extra) and watched Beatles Anthology DVD this afternoon. Everyone thinks they know the Beatles, but how much do we really know, you can never have enough Beatles.

My album of the day is "New Boots And Panties" by Ian Dury. Not quite punk but his songs were poignant, confrontational and sometimes funny. No one chord wonders or two minute heroes, clever lyrically and master of Cockney rhyming slang, favourite track Sweet Gene Vincent.
