To the left of the Ash tree you can see Jennings Brewery.

To the right you can see the confluence where the river Cocker joins the river Derwent. ( Hence Cockermouth )

All Saints Church, with it's spire, comes next...

The yellow strip on the right hand side of the photo is a flood wall...you can see our cottage right behind it.
