Rainbow food!

Sorry about another food blip!  Love my “rainbow” salads, and I particularly like carrots - not that you can tell!  :-)). A miserable day, so not a lot done apart from washing, sorting, paperwork etc.  Watching out for the heavy snow which has been forecast.  A day behind with posting as usual!
