Wound up in Wexford

The weather looked reasonable for the morning, so we opted for an early walk.  There was an occasional bit of blue sky visible during our walk, but as you can see, much of it was very grey.  As we approached home, it started to spit with sleety rain, and there has been pretty unremitting precipitation ever since.

We opted for mainly road walking again, as the paths are still very wet and muddy.  On the small amount of mud that we found on our route, I managed a very elegant sideways slip onto my right hip.  Fortunately, although I have managed to lose some weight over the last couple of months, I am still very well padded in that region, and did no harm to anything apart from my dignity!

About a year ago, we decided that the freezer space that we had was not adequate, and rearranged the pantry to accommodate a small chest freezer.  We had offered what was then a redundant under counter freezer to TonyG, and he was going to take it when he had space, but with Brexit and Pandemic disruption looming, we made a decision to switch it back on, and now all our freezers are just about stuffed to the gunnels.  This evening, we picked up a "Click and Collect" shop from Tesco's, and W went to put some stuff in the freezer in the shed, but had to bring most of it back into the house, for me to find space in the chest freezer.  We should be OK if there are the threatened shortages!

It's a bit late, but here's my offering for WildWed on its 250th birthday.  Thanks to Cailleach for suggesting this theme, and for "vaguely hosting" it.
