Squished

First day back after half term and everything is back to its usual state. I luckily didn't have any work set over the break which was good otherwise I would have been knackered especially after 8 hours of Spanish a day.
Getting the Art exam project finally well underway. I am exploring the theme of broken fairy tales so looking at artists like Paula Rego and others. I have done a few photo-shoots with friends getting silhouettes of the iconic Disney characters, for example Prince Charming in a big cloak. Moving onto putting the character within landscapes which is where Tim Walker comes into the equation. This time I am using him primarily for the story and not the fashion.
Overall it has been a productive day. Saw this 'installation' in the art block this afternoon. It's of cardboard cut outs of chocolate wrappers flattened onto the floor. I think that they are drawings. Clever?
