Larger than life

Online shopping...not for clothes or shoes or what I should be buying...but for this wee device: a hand lens with a 40 magnification. Mosses, grasses, flowers, insects...40 times the way we normally see them. The detail of the smallest leaf, the veins on a butterfly's wing, a cicada shell....it's all so amazing. I've had a 20x lens for many years, but this is even more exciting. Doesn't look like much housework'll be done for a few days!!
