Spikes

I ran 10 km on the treadmill before starting work this morning and then had a busy day with virtual meetings and numerous telephone calls.

Didn't get chance to go out for a walk and we have snow forecast for tomorrow.

I ordered some extra spikes for my new running shoes. They arrived in the post today.
