Time to move on

In Sweden the old saying goes:

On Knut's Day,
We dance Christmas away...

Today is Knut's Day and the last remnants of Christmas (the stars in the windows and lights on the tree) were removed.

But I feel sad about removing the tree which we chopped down out with @HarlingDarling and @keibr. It's obviously thrived indoors and has new shoots as you can see in this shot. I'll take some cuttings and put them in a vase, and then time for the tree to return to nature.
