Reservoir Rush

Needed to do some filming for KK at a lake so in between meetings drove down to Ardsley Reservoir. Took a bit longer than planned as whenever I was filming people would walk past and make too much noise/I was embarrassed to be filming, so I was late back to my last meeting but hey ho! Nice to get out somewhere pretty.

In the evening I made the first recipe from a cookbook I got for Christmas - mushroom lasagne by Ottolenghi. Was really nice but a bit of a faff requiring 4 different types of mushroom! I'll make it again but will feel more free to change it up and simplify.
