Disabled toilet vandalism

As we are in tier 4 of lockdown we have some kids coming into school and I am classed as a front line worker.

As we are working pretty much in all areas of the school it is shocking that when you go back to your own corridor and you find a shower head taken apart. As far as I am concerned the person that did this was an older kid.

My question here is why on earth would someone do this especially when (i) spotted him going to the toilet. We are there to clean after these kids, my mind boggles. The parents are sending older kids in to school and my question is why they should be able to look after themselves.
