A busier than expected day today, and it's been raining for most of it.

I had a telephone consultation with my GP as the blood pressure had only come down a little on the new medication, he has doubled the dose from 2mg to 4mg. The maximum is 16mg, so there's a bit further to go yet.

As a result I had to go to pick up the new prescription as well as a top up of the other medications, due to the weather and also to give the car a little run, I drove there and back, so not a lot of exercise today.
