New hob day

Looooook how shiny and new! We now have four rings that all create fire instead of one and a half that need a bit of fiddling with. I christened it by putting some pasta on and then forgot all about it creating an acrid atmosphere and a crispy cremated saucepan.

In other news of note, Will had an inset day and took Rosie for a walk. His first leaving of the house since Christmas Day. It was nice to see him in actual clothes. And shoes!!

And (I tell you, it’s been a busy day) my new wetsuit and gloves arrived. I tried them on and needed to get them straight off again before I died of heat exhaustion. Just the ticket then.
Thank goodness I have all that recorded for future posterity.
