Rock and Roll, baby

Rose and I spent an hour with Martin going through his box of 7 inch vinyl. He had plenty of 80's/90's indie originals in there..some of them must be worth quite a lot, but then again maybe the market is gone...what with the dawn of the download. Made me feel nostalgic for those days, when I was completely subsumed by music and dancing. Martin was slightly misty eyed too..thinking of getting on the decks again with his Sonic Disco.

Sensory Play's theme this week was Rock and Roll. Rose LOVED it - and really came to life bouncing and clapping. I had to explain to her though that there's more to Rock and Roll than Shakin' Stevens' 'This Ole House'.
