Mizzle
A dreary day out there. Which meant an opportunity for a walk at Risley Moss.
Too many people the last two times we have tried, so we didn’t make it out of the car. We had to change our walking route today a couple of times, our way blocked by Mums with prams and youngsters, but that was fine.
This is the only section that is one way - usually OK, although we have turned back a couple of times when people have come in from the other end. Walking never used to be quite this complicated, Hey Ho.
Infection rates in this town, and especially in Merseyside to the immediate west, are rising fast. It’s worrying. It’s difficult, and it’s tiring and dispiriting, but people really do need to do all the things they are being advised to do. And the government needs to get ahead of things, not constantly having to react to events too late.
