Amaryllis

I bought this amaryllis as part of my wife's Xmas present and we have it on our kitchen table where we take most of our meals. It has been amazing to see just how quickly it had grown so much so that it has nearly toppled over. It has been the only plant I have known where you can literally see growth from day to day.
