Went to the souq briefly with Margaret. First time in about 10 months. We didn't go into the souq itself but to visit our fav jeweler.  While waiting for her, I did some people watching. Liked this view

Bahrain recorded 321 new cases, 0 fatalities and 283 recoveries today

100,000 vaccine mark in a month.
The country started rolling out free vaccines to people as part of a national campaign on December 17 – and until last night more than 92,000 have been inoculated
We have both registered about a week ago and now waiting to be called up

India -  The number of infections climbed by 12,584, the lowest daily increase in several months. More than 151,000 people have died of the virus in India. 

Malaysia - The number of new daily infections hit a record high last week, breaching the 3,000 mark. Total coronavirus cases passed 138,000 on Monday, with 555 deaths.

China - The total number of confirmed Covid-19 cases reported in mainland China now stands at 87,591, while the death toll remained unchanged at 4,634.
