Viaduct walk

This morning I went out to top up the bird feeders, slipped on some ice on the patio and I managed to twist my knee!  It doesn’t hurt too much when I’m upright or walking or sitting, it’s just the bits in between!
Walked over the viaduct this afternoon in the sun.
