Recipe box dinner = number two

This one was a bit more involved and took longer. It all came out okay and tasted very nice. Will have a break from it next week but it has been interesting.

We had been planning a steak supper take away from the local restaurant we have used during lockdown. However today I found out they are closed for January. I was strangely depressed to discover this news, I had been looking forward to Friday. I have been looking at other options for next week and have something planned.

It was a busy day at work and we had to go out during the day for Rich to have his foot scanned. All was done okay and hopefully any follow up will be at our doctors. I stayed in the car but went incase he was not able to drive home.

Lots of comments coming out from the government about staying local and acting as if you have the virus. I think we are going to limit ourselves to the allotment and Waitrose for now... not that we have been doing anything anyway.
