Preparation

C's birthday tomorrow, which she's as excited about and she is disappointed that there's not much she can do to celebrate. Added to that spending the day at school, at home. She had quite a big list, some last minute so we are still awaiting a couple of parcels. She did request balloons, because as we all know 'Nobody cam be uncheered with a balloon'.

All she really wants for her birthday is for coronavirus to go away. Don't we all. Today I've helped out with that aim, working a shift at the vaccination centre, preparing vaccines ready for them to be injected. Giving hope back for some kind of normality.
