Canal run

I got quite a bit of work done this morning but felt a bit frazzled by lunch time so went for a lunch time run to clear my head. The weather was lovely. Struggled to get back into the flow of work in the afternoon, but tomorrow I'll have a day in the office so should soon catch up. Got a bit more decluttering done- I'm enjoying having a new year clear out!
