Hanging on

Despite the sun, the cow parsley held on to its frosty blanket.  We had someone out checking the newly installed septic tank.  We gave him a cup of coffee to help him get started.  He sipped appreciately before setting it down leaving a last gulp until he had progressed his task.  When he returned to finish his deserved cup, ice crystals had formed!  It was cold.
