I Don’t Even Understand The Title...

In preparation for some changes at work, I have been signed up for a 6 month training course on Marketing. I have 3 online modules to complete each month, followed up with a presentation to give to my course mentor/group at the end of each month.

This morning I completed two out of this months modules and to be honest I really enjoyed them, but looking at the book to read, I don’t even understand the title of chapter 2....the self proclaimed ‘must read’ chapter in the book...let alone the content!
