Edge of the forest

As promised the rain stopped and the sun came out - and it was also chilly with icy patches anywhere that hadn't dried out.
After getting the washing out Mr Rat and I headed across the river to run in Tentsmuir forest, one reason for there being to avoid the ice. The forest trails were mainly frozen solid but not icy so it was good running and I did 7 miles on some of the bigger paths. The sun was a bit of a nuisance at times because it was so low in the sky it almost blinded me but being low also meant that where there were trees in the right direction they blocked it a bit. It did shine through highlighting some of the lower vegetation.
Some crafts in the afternoon and the online prayer meeting this evening
