Go to work on an egg

I didn't do my weekly food shopping yesterday after the warnings of shortages - last time it was horrendous!  So we are eating whatever I can find and be creative with.  I was intending to bake a fruit cake, but these beautiful brown eggs will probably be omelettes before you read this blip.
