Monday: Evening Vegetables

Gosh, the weekend went quickly.  It seems like only yesterday that I was back at the computer.....

I took K. to a hospital appointment this morning.  She has to go with a full bladder so driving under those circumstances is not ideal.  She has two more appointments this week under the same conditions.
