Helpful or Hurtful

Our two kitties, Millie and Blanche, are very aware when we aren’t feeling 100%. Not sure what happened, but my sciatic nerve is screaming today. Could be from doing my tendonitis exercises incorrectly. Anyway, I have spent the day on the couch with a heating pad and these two want to help make it better. The jury is still out. Thanks for the recent stars.
