Black Reflections, White Ground

The first day of skiing - lovely to be out and gliding across the snow.
This picture shows the pool above one of the beaver dams. I'm standing on the ice, but it's a rather shallow pool and I'm sure the ice is thick enough, especially when I'm on skis.
