Mr. Blue

Blue. Blue is a primary color across all models of colour space. It is the color of the ocean and the sky; it often symbolizes serenity, stability, inspiration, or wisdom. It can be a calming color, and symbolize reliability.


We need blue and this fellow carries it on his back. We are hoping he and a lovely mate will settle in one of these wonderful houses,(see the extras) gifts from DDW and Mr. W. We are looking forward to spring and placing them in the area around the garden. 


Just at Christmas, a flock of 50 plus Starlings swooped in and drove the Bluebirds off. We had just received these houses and purchased several Bluebird specific feeders and a supply of dried mealworms. We were heartsick and missed the excitement and their beauty. Last week, on the 8th, while chatting with Memories4Me they reappeared! Just when they were needed and have visited each day since. She is welcoming back a lovely visitor today too. We're both counting down the last 9 days of this agonizing 4 years.


We are also celebrating with close friends today who are welcoming the birth of a beautiful granddaughter on our other coast. A healthy mother and child after 9 months of a covid pregnancy. Our hope is a reunion for the family soon, but today is a blessing indeed.
