I'm doing the fast/feed diet, fast for two days and eat normally for five.?Its not actually ?a total fast, you can eat up to 500 calories. My main motive is?not to lose weight but for the apparent health benefits ( blood pressure, heart disease etc) as featured in the TV programme presented by Michael Moseley. ?So for my fast day I'm having steamed broccoli and fish.
