Chimney fire

We noticed a lot of unusually grey smoke coming out of our neighbours chimney this morning and informed them so they called the fire service. No damage but they were shaken. All the wood they have to burn to keep warm must have clogged the chimney fast since they had the chimney sweeped in October at the same time as ours.
