A shot from my run today.

Quite a busy day. Z and I decided to mist coat one of the many ceilings we need to paint. It was very messy business but feels good to get somewhere with it.

I took Q and Indie to have a look at Indies potential new bike. It was good so we bought it. Both her and I are pleased - it's a great bike and will be absolutely perfect for her once she has grown an inch.

Tough run, slight knee and Achilles niggle so I need to monitor that and take care.

It was a bit warmer outside this evening for the nightime dog walk, the ground has thawed and subsequently muddy and slippy again.
