Tulips

I do believe the temperature reached 5 degrees today, briefly. And it's dry, a definite advantage. But I long for light and colour instead of gloom and greyness. Just had to make my own.

Grace is not an abstract idea:
it floats incarnately

Jim wrote this poem for his friend Jonathan Silver who resurrected Salts Mill in Saltaire, Yorkshire, including the David Hockney gallery which is full of amazing colour.
