Lockdown #3 - day five.

Ashdon windmill on a frosty Sunday Morning.

We went off in the car to Ashdon for a bit of a walk by the windmill. I had wanted to try for a frosty morning shot with my large format camera and this morning seemed to be the ideal opportunity...

Very pleased with this image... for those that are interested: 

MPP Micro Technical 5 x 4in and Schneider Kreuznach Xenar 1:4.5/150mm, Fomapan 200, f16 at 1/25 sec with orange filter.  Scanned with Epson Perfection V800.


The extras are a similar view with a digital camera and a shot of a red bauble someone had put in the hedge on the way up to the windmill...


I am very happy with the film image... it seems to have caught the frost where the digital camera didn't and makes a much more pleasing (for me) photograph.
